How can I connect my account with VolFix?

To connect your demo account to VolFix, follow the steps below:

1. Start by logging into VolFix with your purchased License.

2. Press on the Setup button and choose Connections.

3. In the Connections window select New and choose Rithmic as your server.

4. Enter the User ID and Password we sent you via email, select System The Trading Pit server in the Rithmic Setup Window, and click Apply.

Your demo account is now connected to VolFix and you are ready to start trading. If you are not connected, please check if your credentials and server are correct and check your internet connection.
