Can I reach the profit target in one trade?

The Profit Target is one of the special Trading Objectives of our Evaluation Process.

To complete this Trading Objective, you will need to prove that you can steadily grow your trading account initial balance, to the requested target.
Traders who try to create 100% of the target profit with a trading position in one trade on a trading symbol to pass their Challenge or Earning account, do not perform correct Risk-Management, and will not be accepted, as it is considered a violation of the rules of risk management.

A breakdown of the above-mentioned points is:

  1. Profit Target as a Trading Objective: This indicates that traders are expected to achieve a certain level of profit over time. This is a common objective in trading strategies, where traders set specific goals for their trading performance.

  2. Steady Growth: Emphasizing steady growth suggests that the trading strategy should not rely on high-risk maneuvers or attempts to achieve the entire profit target in a single trade. Instead, it implies a more measured approach to trading, aiming for consistent gains over time.

  3. Risk Management: Mentioning that attempting to achieve the profit target in a single trade violates risk management rules highlights the importance of managing risk in trading. Risk management strategies aim to control potential losses and preserve capital, often by diversifying investments and avoiding overly aggressive tactics.
