What Affiliate documents do I need to upload?

Under Account Settings (by clicking your avatar on the bottom left) > Documents, you will be required to upload:

  • Proof of Identity (Front and Back)

  • Banking Details or Crypto Address

  • Certificate of Tax ID Number (if needed)

  • Corporate documents (for business accounts)

  • Affiliate Agreement and Addendum (Internal use)

  • Other supporting files (if needed)

📌 Reminder: All affiliates must complete their verification process and upload a valid supporting document for their selected payment method before the 10th of each month. Keeping your files up to date is essential to avoid delays or incorrect commission payments.

How do I upload them?

Click "Upload file" next to each listed document. Once uploaded, the system will update the status accordingly.

What if my documents are not approved?

If your documents are not approved, you will receive an email notification with the reason for rejection. Please review the details carefully. You can then reach out to your Affiliate Manager through the contact button at the top of the Dashboard for clarification and re-submission guidance.
