If you find yourself off to a rough start or have breached the rules of your demo account, but you still have days remaining in your Futures Challenge (at least one), our Reset feature gives you a chance to start fresh—without buying a whole new Challenge at full price.
When you Reset, your demo account’s balance will return to its starting amount, but your remaining days will stay exactly as they were at the time of the Reset. This way, you can continue with the time you have left, giving you another opportunity to demonstrate your skills.
You can Reset your account as many times as you like, offering flexibility and peace of mind if things don’t go as planned early on.
Important:
If you’re in a 2-Phase Challenge and you Reset during Phase 2, your new demo account will also open in Phase 2, with the remaining days intact. This way, you keep the progress you’ve worked hard to earn while still getting a clean slate on your balance.
If you need extra days beyond your original Challenge period, you’ll need to use our Extend option or purchase a new Challenge.
*All CFD Challenges now offer unlimited days to complete the challenge, so the Reset and Extend features are not available for CFD Challenges.
