For Futures, once entering the Scaling Plan, the Exchange will charge the trader a data fee directly, every month. By participating in the Futures market, traders therefore accept responsibility for the associated market data charges as shown below.

As of today, we don't charge our traders any fees for the Scaling Plan, but we indeed plan to change it in the near future.
We are working on finding a way to offer our traders the option to choose what market data they want to have and pay for, instead of having to pay for the whole bundle.
For now, you do not have to cover any costs.
For CFD's, you will have no cost for the Scaling Plan account.
